Without signing in
Your tracker, saved ideas and private wins live in this browser's local storage. When you share a win with the crew counter we store the idea, the amount, the time, and a salted hash of a random device ID (plus a salted hash of your IP for about a week, for spam limits). No name, no email.
If you sign in (optional)
Sign in with Google or Apple only to sync your tracker across devices and appear on the leaderboard. We keep your provider's anonymous account ID, the leaderboard name you pick, and your wins. We never store your email or real name. If Apple hides your email, it stays hidden: we don't ask for it.
A sign-in cookie (HttpOnly, 30 days) keeps you logged in. We store only a hash of it.
What's public
Shared wins count on the crew counter as amount + idea, with no name. The leaderboard shows only the name you picked and your monthly total from shared wins. Private wins sync to your account but never count publicly.
Who else is involved
Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any host it processes each request, including your IP address, and keeps standard request logs. For rate limits we keep only a salted hash of your IP, briefly (about a week), never the IP itself.
Google and Apple sign-in scripts load from them only for sign-in: when you open the sign-in sheet, or Google's one-tap prompt after your first logged win. Nothing from them loads otherwise.
Fonts are served from this site (no Google Fonts). No ads, no tracking cookies.
Counting visits
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and which pages get viewed. It's cookieless and doesn't track individuals across sites or build profiles.
We also keep anonymous daily counts of button taps per idea (Start, It paid, Send to AI, Share, Save), like "Chase checking: 12 Start taps on Sep 25". Just the day, the idea, the button and a number: no account, device, IP address or cookie is attached.
Delete anytime
Delete a single win from your tracker, or delete your whole account from the tracker's ⋯ menu. Deleting your account removes your sign-in, sessions, synced wins and every shared win linked to it, and the crew numbers recalculate.
The fine print
